1️⃣ Start by watching the video

Rosie: Hey, Nina, have you got a minute?
Nina: Yes, I suppose so. 
Rosie: I have to send out the delegates’ packs the day after tomorrow and I still don’t have your marketing strategy document and the sales forecasts. The delegates need to read these before the conference.
Nina: I know, I know. I’m sorry, but I still don’t have all the information. It’s driving me mad!
Rosie: Well, look! I need to know what’s missing. Do you have the sales forecasts for Europe? 
Nina: Yes, they came in, this morning.
Rosie: And what about the forecasts for America? 
Nina: Nothing. Oh, Rosie, I’ve got so much to do.
Rosie: Don’t get upset, Nina. If you like, I’ll call them. After all, I know everybody in our office in the US, so I’m sure I can put some pressure on them.
Nina: Yes, please.
Rosie: What else is missing?
Nina: The CD-ROM with the product information, the one Mits prepared last week.
Rosie: What is the problem?
Nina: The production company is saying it can’t deliver until Friday.
Rosie: Oh really? Well, don’t worry about that. I’ll ask Andy to deal with them. Trust me, he can be quite forceful when he wants to be. 
Nina: Don’t we know it? 
Rosie: That’s better, Nina. We’ll sort this problem out for you and you can get on with your job. We know you’re doing everything you can.
Nina: Thanks. It’s great when someone shares your problems.

Rosie: Well, look! I need to know what’s missing. Do you have the sales forecasts for Europe? Rosie : Bon, attendez !  J’ai besoin de savoir ce qui manque. Avez-vous les prévisions de vente pour l’Europe ? 
Nina: Yes, they came in, this morning. Nina : Oui, elles sont arrivées ce matin.
Rosie: And what about the forecasts for America?  Rosie : Et qu’en est-il des prévisions pour l’Amérique ?
Nina: Nothing. Oh, Rosie, I’ve got so much to do. Nina : Toujours rien. Oh Rosie, j’ai tellement à faire.
Rosie: Don’t get upset, Nina. If you like, I’ll call them. Je vais demander à Andy de gérer avec eux. Vous pouvez me faire confiance, il peut être plutôt déterminé quand il veut…

Meaning:
a statement of what is likely to happen in the future:

to be missing

Meaning:
not present or included when expected or supposed to be.
(Traduction: être absent)

Meaning:
the state of not having something , not having enough of something
(Traduction : l’état de ne pas avoir quelque chose, de ne pas avoir assez de quelque chose)

to be upset

Meaning:
make (someone) unhappy, disappointed, or worried.
(Traduction : être contrarié)

to deliver

Meaning:
bring and hand over (a letter, parcel, or goods) to the proper recipient or address.

Meaning:

to deal with

Meaning:
