1️⃣ Start by watching the video

Bob: Now that we’ve had a little time to think, I’d like to pick up where we left off at our last meeting. We still need to think of some ways to sell our condos. I’d like to get your opinions. Anyone have any new ideas? Carlos, what about you?
Carlos: I appreciate the question. I just wanted to say I really like your idea to sell condos to clients outside of China.
Bob: But what about you, Ling? How do you feel about it? I know you were unsure about it before.
Ling: Thanks. I’m still not sure I agree. In my opinion, we’re just not doing enough marketing for luxury condos. They are beautiful and have all the great qualities our high-end clients want. We just need to get the right message out to them.
Bob: I agree that there are beautiful condos all over the world, and, as you mentioned before, people seem to prefer Hawaii. Do you think we can really compete with that?.
Ling: I mean, it’s true that the whole world loves Hawaii, but it’s so far away and travel is expensive right now. Now, I’ve had some time to think about it, I really think that Chinese people would prefer to buy in Shanghai if they knew what’s available to them. Carlos, what do you think about improving our marketing in China.
Carlos: Thanks for asking, Ling, but can I give you an answer next week? I really need to think about this.
Ling: Fair enough. Let’s get some coffee and discuss Bob’s idea? Maybe, the best answer is to reach out to clients from other countries and market better to people here, in China.

Need some help ?

We just need to get the right message out to them.Ling: Merci.
Bob: I agree that there are beautiful condos all over the world, and, as you mentioned before, people seem to prefer Hawaii. Do you think we can really compete with that?
