1️⃣ a/an with singular classroom nouns
Rule: Use “a” or “an” before one classroom object that is singular.
Examples: This is a book.; I have a notebook.; She has an eraser.
Common pitfall + fix: People say “I have notebook.” — Say “I have a notebook.”.
Choose the correct sentence.
Tip: Remember to use “a” or “an” before a single object.

2️⃣ Plural nouns with -s
Rule: Add “s” to make many classroom objects plural.
